• Build 6 ‘affordable-rent’ houses on our only play-green (loss: 1 262 m²).
• Demolish the community hall promised since 1958.
• Fell mature trees that store ≈1.8 t CO₂e/yr.
• Risk a Grade-II William Mitchell mural.
• Cut play-space from 15 m² → 2 m² per child (London Plan breach).
